Handmade Nature, Images & Natural Variations
The Lilith Nails products are handmade. Small differences between sets can occur because each product is individually prepared, shaped, finished, decorated, or assembled by hand.
Minor variations in colour placement, pattern, curvature, finish, decoration, or small handmade details do not automatically mean that a product is defective.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, device display, and other technical factors.
Availability & Made-to-Order Production
Many of our products are made to order. Placing an order does not mean that the product has already been manufactured or is ready for immediate dispatch.
We may limit quantities, pause orders, discontinue products, or temporarily stop accepting orders where production capacity, materials, shipping conditions, or other operational factors make this reasonably necessary.
If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will review the order and arrange an appropriate cancellation, refund, substitution, or other solution where applicable.
Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Duties
Product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and totals shown on the website may depend on your location, selected products, promotions, and the information entered during checkout.
Where The Lilith Nails is legally required to collect VAT, GST, sales tax, or another applicable checkout tax, that amount may be added to your order and shown before payment.
Import VAT, customs duty, tariffs, brokerage fees, or clearance charges may be separate from checkout tax and may be payable during import or before delivery.
Orders & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that every part of the order has been finally accepted for production or fulfillment.
We may review an order before acceptance, including product configuration, custom details, payment status, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock or material availability, delivery restrictions, and other reasonable operational checks.
If we cannot accept an order, we may cancel it and refund any amount that should be returned to you.
Size, Shape & Custom Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and submitting accurate size, shape, measurements, and custom-order information.
Both Size and Shape must be selected before a product can be added to cart. If a Custom option is selected, the corresponding custom information must also be completed.
We make custom products based on the information submitted with the order. Incorrect customer-provided measurements or custom details may affect fit and may not qualify for a free replacement.
Payment
Payment must be completed using a payment method made available at checkout. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may receive transaction status and reference information needed to manage the order, while full payment credentials are generally handled by the payment provider.
We may delay or cancel fulfillment if payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, appears unauthorized, or requires additional verification.
Discounts, Promotions & Coupon Codes
Promotional offers, sale prices, and coupon codes may be subject to their own conditions, including validity periods, eligible products, minimum spend, usage limits, or exclusions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot necessarily be combined.
Discounts apply only in the way shown at checkout. We are not required to apply an expired, invalid, incorrectly entered, or ineligible promotion after an order has been placed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, requests to change or cancel an order should be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
We will do our best to accommodate the request if production has not begun. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Shipping, Delivery & Import Requirements
Orders are shipped from Vietnam using delivery and logistics partners selected by The Lilith Nails.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically stated.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for completing any destination-country import or customs requirements that apply to the order.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are handmade and made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind or select incorrect sizing or custom information.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or other qualifying order issues will be reviewed according to our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.
Reviews & User-Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, testimonial, or other content to The Lilith Nails, you remain responsible for the content you submit.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, or that violates another person's rights or privacy.
Where you voluntarily submit content for publication or promotional use, you grant The Lilith Nails a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, format, and share that content for legitimate business and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
